This recipe is such a fun way to get kids involved in the kitchen.  It’s simple.  

It’s healthier than “boxed” snacks.  It’s dye free.  

INGREDIENTS

2 cups freshly grated grass fed white cheddar cheese

1/4 butter, cubed

1 cup flour of choice

2 to 5 tablespoons milk

DIRECTIONS

Preheat over to 375 degrees

Put cheese, butter and flour in a food processor and pulse to combine.  Slowly add milk until mixture starts to come together in a ball.

Roll dough on a floured surface.  Use a cookie cutter of choice and cut out shapes.  Poke a small hole in center of cracker.

Place crackers on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 12 -18 min, until crackers are done.  Cool on a rack.  enJOY!!

Crackers can be packaged into ziploc bags and eaten within a few days.
