Planning a party for teenagers can be challenging. Too old for the bounce houses but still looking for an “activity.”
Check out these party ideas for hosting a Yoga Board Brunch!
TIP #1:
Since the party month was August, we choose to do a Yoga Board party. A little skeptical how this would go over with teenagers, it was a huge hit. Yoga is definitely a great activity to help people unplug, feel their heart, open up and laugh with friends. It was an activity that most had never done so they were excited to try it. And after the yoga class, they all jumped in the pool!
TIP #2:
Who doesn’t love waffles? Choose a buffet so everyone can have a choice of food items to choose from. From fresh fruit to chocolate chips, there was something for everyone. Trying to keep it somewhat healthy, offer fresh fruit smoothies!
TIP #3:
Choose to make homemade cupcakes so you can control the quality of ingredients that go into them. Add some festive sprinkles, candles and make a wish!
TIP #4:
Choose a party favor to go along with your theme. As a Wellness Coach, candy is not my go to & and since yoga is about connectivity & empowerment, these puravida bracelets were perfect!
