INGREDIENTS
1/2 sweet potato 🍠 1/2 banana 🍌 blueberries • cinnamon • nutmeg • 2 tbls orange juice 🍊 local honey 🍯
DIRECTIONS
Bake sweet potatoes at 400 degrees until knife can easily pierce • scoop 1/2 sweet potato into a bowl • stir in OJ & spices to taste (my kids like to say they want to “sprinkle the fairy dust” • top with sliced banana & handful of blueberries • drizzle with honey • enJ🧡Y
