1 can (15 oz) solid packed pumpkinโฃ
1 cup cane sugarโฃ
3/4 cup coconut sugarโฃ
1 cup melted coconut oil OR 1 cup applesauce โฃ

Pre-heat oven time 350 โข Line 2 12-cup muffin tins โข Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl โข (add in optional add ins if using) โข In large bowl whisk pumpkin, sugars, oil & eggs โข add flour mixture in โข stir to combine โข using an ice cream scooper, scoop batter into muffin cups, filling 3/4 of the way โข bake 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean โข using a mixer, beat powdered sugar & cream cheese, slowly adding in milk to desired consistency โข spoon into a ziplock bag, cut off a small corner and pipe back & forth across muffins โข top with eye sprinkles โข ๐๐ง๐๐งก๐
