We made ours with @sunbutter bc of nut allergies but I’m sure peanut butter is melt in your mouth delicious too!!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup SunButter
3/4 cup coconut flour (we used @bobsredmill )
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
8 oz 62% or higher chocolate chips (you can use milk chocolate it’s just not the healthier of the 2)
2 tsp extra virgin organic coconut oil, unrefined
DIRECTIONS
Combine SunButter, coconut flour & maple syrup in a bowl • Stir to mix • Using clean hands, roll 1 inch balls, place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper • Refrigerate approx 20 min
Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl • Stir in coconut oil • Using a spoon, toss balls, one at a time, in melted chocolate to cover• Remove and place on prepared cookie sheet • Refrigerate until chocolate hardens • (approx 30 min) enJ❤️Y!!
