B👀 CREW CAKE POPS 👻

a fun way to get your kids involved in the kitchen with a treat that is healthy!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cannelloni beans drained
3 large eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

COATING
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Coconut oil
Lollipop sticks
Fun sprinkles

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (I actually prefer not to add the chocolate chips in the batter at all and instead use them to coat the cake pops after they are done baking.)

Fill cake pop molds and bake at 350 for 17 minutes or until cake pops are done.

Let cool and remove from pan. Melt chocolate in microwave or over a double boiler stirring in a little coconut oil to make it smooth. Dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate, place one stick in each cake pop. Dip cake pops in melted chocolate using a spoon to cover and top with your favorite Halloween sprinkles.
