INGREDIENTS
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup honey (look for local honey if you can)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup SunButter (if no nut allergies you can use peanut butter)
Sprinkle of cinnamon
OPTIONAL ADD INS
Holiday sprinkles, seeds, shredded coconut, UnReal Chocolate Candies, dried cranberries, chopped dates
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together Using an ice cream scooper or 2 teaspoons, drop round balls onto parchment paper
Refrigerate for about 15 min.
